We also ask that you remove your dancers' street shoes before entering any dance space. We recommend bringing hip-hop shoes separate in your dance bag and not wearing street shoes into class during the winter months. Adding new progressive equipment into our stretch classes to ensure our dancers are learning proper technique to avoid injury. Improper technique and pushing yourself beyond what your body is built for is no good! Let's work together to make sure our dancers stay healthy and strong! Education is key. And always remember to supplement your workouts outside of the studio with more arm strength and core training. Push-ups and sit-ups before bed are so easy to do!
