Students in one recital dance are required to pay the costume fee in full by October 15th. Students in more than one recital dance are required to pay half of their total costume payment by October 15th and the remaining balance by November 15th. ​

Costume Fees: $80.00 for ages 2-4 and $95.00 for ages 5-18 (including tights). ​

Costume fees are NOT refundable. 

We accept cash, check, major credit cards, debit card, and ACH Transfer. ​

Regular attendance is essential for your child’s progress. 

*Refunds are not given for missed classes. Makeup classes are encouraged within the month following the absence. ​

*If your student is going to be absent, please notify the office prior to the class time via phone or email. ​

*Students should arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the start of class to change, put on shoes etc. Students should be picked up no later than 10 min. after their class is dismissed.  

In the event of bad weather, please either check our Facebook page or the Perfect Pointe website. If there isn't a message or post saying the studio is closed, you should assume that there will be dance classes that day. There are no refunds for classes missed due to inclement weather. Students are encouraged to take a make-up class. Call the studio to find a class that best suits your child! 

Students do not move up to the next level according to the amount of years that they have studied dance. They must be able to execute proper technique for each movement to the fullest for that level. Once the teacher or director has determined that the student is ready to move up, then and only then will the student be moved to a higher level. Some students may take several years and others only one, according to natural ability, effort, and practice. Remember: POOR ATTENDANCE WILL AFFECT PROGRESSION. 

There will be a designated parent observation day during the year for a parent to come and enjoy their child in dance class! Cameras and videotaping are welcome too! For the majority of the year these are our policies:

-Parents of children ages 4 and under may utilize our main waiting area. We will have the TV monitor on for observation. We encourage you to stay to and watch in the lobby to help assist with bathroom breaks if need be. However, if you wish to wait outside of the studio in your car, you may do so. Please be sure to drop off and pick up your child in the main waiting room. Our teacher has your contact information in case of emergency.

-Our waiting rooms will remain closed to parents with students in classes ages 5+. We ask that parents walk their child into the studio and wait for the teacher to bring your child into class. For students 9 and older, they may wait in the lobby without a guardian, if you wish, but please remind them about appropriate behavior. We encourage you to wait outside of the studio in your car. Please be sure to pick up your child in the main waiting room. Our teacher has your contact information in case of emergency. 

Students and parents are expected to conduct themselves in an orderly, courteous, and respectful manner. Students waiting for class are expected to wait in a quiet manner and come to class prepared with proper dancewear, shoes, and hair pulled back and off of face. *Students who are dressed 

professionally for class will dance professionally in class.*
